Asked Questions

  • Will there be any assisting opportunities post the workshop?
    If your work stands out, there will be opportunities to work with Sandhya’s team.
  • I’m not a makeup artist. Can I still join this workshop?
    If you are a content creator with basic knowledge of makeup techniques, then you can enrol. If you are someone with zero knowledge, you can enrol for the basic course.
  • Will we get a certificate after the workshop?
    Yes, you will receive a completion certification signed by Sandhya Shekar.
  • I’ve paid to block my seat but I’m unable to make it to the workshop. Can I get a refund?
    If you can’t attend the workshop after blocking your seat for a valid reason, we can give you credit which can be used for any of our next workshop. Please note you cannot transfer your seat to someone else.
  • How can I make a payment?
    You can do a bank transfer or pay online. Please connect us to find out about our payment plans and options.
  • Who will I work on during the hands-on session?
    Participants will be working on each other. The idea is so that you can work on different skin textures and challenging skin types. This will bring you more confidence as you would have already worked with the challenges of real skin.
  • Do I have to carry my makeup kit?
    Yes, you must bring your basic makeup kit to the workshop. We have added the list below: Kit essentials include the following: Primer (face, eyes, and lips), moisturiser, lip balm, foundation, colour correcting palette, concealer palette, blush, highlights contours, bronzer, eyebrow filler, eyebrow gel, eyeshadow palette, eye pigments, eyelashes, mascara, gel liner, pencil eyeliner (black, brown, nude), ingot ruralise, lip palette, lip liners, lip glosses, and translucent setting powder. Tools: Brush set, mixing palette and spatula, eyelash curler, tweezers, lash glue, scissors, pencil sharpeners, eyedrops (I-Kul), disposable mascara wands, Q-tips, cotton pads, micellar water, setting spray, brush cleaner, antibacterial brush cleaner spray, hand sanitizer, paper towels, and tissues.
  • Would food be provided at the workshop?
    You will have to carry your own food to the workshop or you can place an order via any delivery app such as Swiggy or Zomato. Tea and refreshments will be provided.
  • What will my 6 days at the workshop look like?
    Your class will begin at 10 am sharp and conclude at 6 pm, with a 45 minute lunch break.
  • I’m not from Mumbai. Do you offer any recommendations for hotels?
    We have prepared a list of hotels for different budgets. We will share the list with you once you register.
